The game uses an anonymous (pseudonymous) ID — no account, email or real name is stored. Deletion removes your online leaderboard entry. Local game data (settings, high score) is cleared by uninstalling the app. Data deleted: nickname, avatar, score, anonymous ID.

Veriler, hizmet sağlayıcımız Google (Firebase/AdMob) altyapısı üzerinden Türkiye dışında (ABD dâhil) işlenebilir. Bu aktarım, KVKK m.9 uyarınca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından ilan edilen standart sözleşme başta olmak üzere Kanun’daki uygun güvence mekanizmalarına dayanılarak gerçekleştirilir.
Veriler, uygulama içinde otomatik yollarla (Firebase SDK aracılığıyla) toplanır.
KVKK m.11 uyarınca: kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme; işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme; işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme; yurt içinde/yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme; eksik/yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme; KVKK m.7 çerçevesinde silinmesini/yok edilmesini isteme; düzeltme ve silme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme; münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme; kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Skor kaydınızı uygulama içindeki Profil → “Skor kaydımı sil” ile doğrudan silebilir veya gamespufu@gmail.com adresine başvurabilirsiniz. Başvurunuz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.
Liderboard kaydınız, siz silene kadar veya kaydınız etkin olduğu sürece saklanır; uzun süre etkin olmayan anonim kayıtlar dönemsel olarak (örn. 24 ay sonra) silinebilir. Tanılama verileri Google’ın saklama politikalarına tabidir.
Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri içindir. Bulunduğunuz ülkede veri işleme için gereken yaş daha yüksekse (AB’de üye devlete göre 13–16), o yaşın altındaki kullanıcılar ancak ebeveyn/veli izniyle kullanmalıdır. Rıza yaşının altındaki kullanıcılar için kişiselleştirilmiş reklam ve isteğe bağlı analitik varsayılan olarak kapalıdır; bu kullanıcılara yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam gösterilir. 13 yaş altı bir çocuğa ait kişisel verinin işlendiğini fark ederseniz gamespufu@gmail.com adresine bildirin; kaydı derhal sileriz.

Game: “Animal Merge: UwU” (the “Game”). Publisher/Developer: Hasan Fuat Karahan, trading as “Pufu Games” (the “Studio”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Game and all of its contents — code, artwork, characters, animals, names, logos (“Pufu Games”, “Animal Merge: UwU”), audio, music, UI, text and design — are the exclusive property of the Studio and/or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Game or its assets except as expressly permitted by law.
Some assets (certain artwork, images, audio and/or text) were created or assisted with artificial-intelligence tools. To the extent permitted by law, the Studio claims all available rights in the final assembled Game and its assets as used in the Game. You may not extract, reuse, or redistribute these assets.
You agree not to: (a) cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate scores/leaderboards; (b) submit any nickname or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, defamatory or otherwise objectionable (nicknames are filtered, but you remain responsible); (c) attempt to access our systems or other players’ data without authorization; (d) use the Game in violation of any law. We may remove content, reset scores, or restrict access for violations.
The Game may show third-party advertisements (e.g., rewarded video ads) and may include non-purchasable virtual items (e.g., in-game coins) with no real-world monetary value and no cash-out. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and may change or be discontinued at any time. There are currently no in-app purchases.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that leaderboards/scores will always be accurate or available. Your use is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. The Studio’s total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Game shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid the Studio in the 12 months before the claim (which for a free game is €0), or (b) ten euro (€10). Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio from claims, damages, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Game, your breach of this Agreement or any law, content or nicknames you submit, or your infringement of any third-party right.
The Game is intended for players 13 years of age or older. Where your country requires a higher age for data processing consent (in the EU, 13–16 depending on the member state), do not use the Game without a parent/guardian’s permission.
We may update the Game and this Agreement; continued play after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, and material changes are re-prompted in-game. We may suspend or terminate your license for breach. Sections 2, 3, 6–8 survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you rights under the law of your country of residence. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

To run the leaderboard, save progress/settings, operate and improve the Game, prevent cheating/abuse, show ads (Google AdMob), and comply with law. Legal bases: performance of a contract and legitimate interests (leaderboard, anti-cheat, basic diagnostics); consent (analytics and personalized ads, where required — requested separately and refusable); and legal obligation. Basic technical/diagnostic data is provided automatically by the platforms under legitimate interest, not consent.
Google/Firebase (authentication, database/leaderboard, hosting), Google Play (distribution), and Google AdMob (advertising). These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Although data may be stored in the EU region (e.g., Firebase europe-west), Google may transfer and
process data in the United States and other countries. Such transfers rely on Google’s participation in the
EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses as appropriate.
We do not sell your personal data for money. However, if personalized advertising is enabled, sharing advertising identifiers with ad partners may be considered a “sale” or “share” under certain U.S. state laws (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA). You can opt out via the in-app ad-consent controls and your device’s advertising settings.
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority / KVKK Kurumu; in the EU, your local DPA). Exercise them via the in-app Profile → “Delete my score data” button or by emailing gamespufu@gmail.com. Because IDs are pseudonymous, the in-app delete acts on your device’s record directly; for email requests, tell us your in-game nickname and approximate date.
Your leaderboard record is kept until you delete it or while it remains active; long-inactive anonymous records may be purged periodically (e.g., after 24 months). Diagnostic/ads data is retained per the providers’ policies.
Accepting these Terms is required to play (contract). Consent for analytics and personalized ads is separate, optional and refusable without losing core gameplay — on Android via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP); on iOS, if released, via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT). You can reopen the consent form and change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options. At launch, analytics collection is disabled.
The Game is for players 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the applicable age of consent; where a higher age applies, parental consent is required. For users below the age of consent, personalized advertising and optional analytics are off by default; such users are shown only non-personalized ads. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.
